Owner and founder Tom White started his first roofing company in 1968, serving northern Delaware. Decades later, he brought his years of experience and solid work ethic to Sussex County and established T.H. White General Contractor. At T.H. White, integrity is an important aspect of our business. If there are changes to materials or any aspect of your project, we will talk with you before we proceed. If material costs increase, we will let you know before purchasing the product and passing any costs on to you. We will work to find similar quality products that will not compromise the quality of your project. If however, we are unable to find a comparable product we will talk with you before we advancing with your project.
